FAQ
1. What are your working hours?
Answer: We operate from 06:00-18:00.
2. Do you provide storage?
Answer: We don’t own any storage but there are storages that we work with incase our customers require that service. Kindly contact our admin personnel or make a note under driver’s note if you require storage, we will then arrange for you at an extra fee.
3. What services does UN Transport provide?
Answer: We do house and office furniture removal, collection of purchased items from seller/store to customer. We also do garden refuse.
4. Do you provide protective gear for prevention of scratches and in case it rains?
Answer: Yes we have tarpaulins, nets, ropes and blankets for protecting your furniture/items from scratches and from the rain.
5. Which areas do you cover?
Answer: We cover most of Gauteng especially areas around Johannesburg and Pretoria we also do long distances to other provinces from Gauteng and from other provinces to Gauteng.
6. Where is your company based?
Answer: We are based in Clayville East in Olifantsfontein.
7. Do you provide additional/extra helpers for lifting heavy items?
Answer: Yes we provide trained helpers at your request. This is not compulsory but it is optional should you need it. Maximum helpers provided can be four.
8. Do you do packing and unpacking?
Answer: Unfortunately, we do not yet. However, it can be arranged on request at an additional fee, since we are looking into providing this service soon.
9. Do you do assembling and disassembling of furniture?
Answer:Yes, on selected items. Should you require this service, please make a note under the driver notes field or ask our admin personnel before making the booking.
